Following the success of Khatra Paterson’s first business event and in response to high demand, this session will help aesthetic clinics and practitioners understand how to grow sustainably while delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Hosted by Khatra Paterson, nurse prescriber and founder of Hale Private Clinic, one of the most respected clinicians in the Northwest, the session explores her remarkable journey from a single treatment room with 46 patients to a thriving multidisciplinary hub. Today, Hale Private Clinic houses KP Aesthetics alongside specialists in plastics, gynaecology, dermatology, orthopaedics, menopause and mental health.

Khatra will share the real lessons she learned on this journey, including the challenges of reinvestment, selecting devices that align with clinic values, and embedding diagnostic‑led skincare as the foundation for safe, results‑driven treatments. She will reveal how integrating ALLSKIN | MED into patient pathways transformed outcomes and generated a 30 percent uplift in skincare revenue. She will also discuss the importance of governance and compliance when scaling and why preparing for future regulation is essential for protecting reputation and ensuring sustainable growth.

Joining Khatra is Lianne Sykes, founder of Quirky Frog, a specialist marketing agency for medical aesthetics. Lianne brings proven expertise in building brand identities and social media strategies that not only attract patients but also amplify a clinic’s results and reputation.

With over a decade of experience in business and marketing, and several years supporting clinics and brands in the aesthetics space Lianne understands the commercial pressures clinics face; from rising competition to changing consumer behaviours. In this session, she’ll show how marketing doesn’t need to be overwhelming or ad-hoc. Instead, by applying a structured approach to content planning, storytelling and social proof, clinics can convert their everyday work into meaningful visibility, trust and growth.

Using KP Aesthetics as a case study, Lianne will explore how strategic campaigns, impactful patient case studies, and authentic social media can transform clinical outcomes into powerful marketing tools; helping you stand out online while staying true to your values. Whether you’re a solo practitioner or an established clinic, you’ll come away with practical ideas to elevate your brand, attract the right patients and support long-term business success.
