RetinSphere® Technology
RetinSphere® Technology is an innovative patented skincare technology developed by Cantabria Labs. This technology combines two retinoid compounds – Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (HPR) and Retinol in glycospheres – designed to enhance skin renewal and provide the benefits of retinoids while minimizing irritation, a common side effect associated with traditional retinoids.
BIOPEP-15
BIOPEP-15 is a unique antimicrobial peptide complex also developed by Cantabria Labs designed to target and reduce the growth of acne-causing bacteria on the skin. BIOPEP-15 contains oligopeptide-10, a short chain of amino acids that exhibits potent antimicrobial properties. This peptide specifically targets and inhibits the growth of Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes), the bacteria responsible for causing acne.
Glycolic Acid
Glycolic acid is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from sugarcane. It is one of the most popular and widely used AHAs in skincare due to its small molecular size, which allows it to penetrate the skin effectively.
Salicylic Acid
Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid (BHA) that is derived from the bark of willow trees. It is a well-known and widely used ingredient in skincare, particularly in products designed to treat acne and other skin conditions. Salicylic acid is oil-soluble, which allows it to penetrate deep into the pores of the skin, making it exceptionally effective for treating acne. Salycilic Acid helps in the treatment of acne by improving exfoliation and removing dead skin cells, unblocking pores and helping to dissolve excess sebum (oil).
Niacinamide
Niacinamide, also known as nicotinamide, is a form of Vitamin B3. It is a water-soluble vitamin that is commonly found in foods like meat, fish, milk, eggs, green vegetables, and cereals. Niacinamide helps in the treatment of spots by helping to regulate sebum, enhance the skin barrier, reduces redness and inflammation, and improve hyperpigmentation and skin texture.

Cleanser
Now available in 200ml, 400ml, and 400ml refill pouches, the Biretix Cleanser provides daily deep skin cleansing in a gentle formulation. Developed to control oil, eliminate impurities, and reduce spot-causing bacteria with its innovative BIOPEP-15 technology, the cleanser is pH balanced and enriched with gentle cleansing agents and soothing botanical extracts, helping to purify the skin without irritation while reducing redness and inflammation.
The new 400ml size cleanser not only is now packaged in an aluminium bottle but also comes with a new refill pouch to further reduce the use of plastic, using 73% less compared to that of the 200ml size. Perfect for patients who not only want to be more eco conscious but also want to save when re-purchasing their daily cleanser.

Oil Control Solution
A new light toner for oily, blemish-prone skin. With potent AHAs and sebum regulators – including glycolic acid and mandelic acid and natural botanical ingredients – it gently exfoliates, reduces excess oil, and minimizes the appearance of pores and imperfections such as scarring and hyperpigmentation.
The Biretix care range has been extended and now contains two hydrating solutions specifically formulated for spot-prone skin.
Isorepair
An intensely hydrating skin recovery cream with a unique non-comedogenic formula containing barrier repair technology designed to moisturise, soothe, restore, and renew a compromised skin barrier in patients with dry and/or sensitized acne-prone skin.
